Pete

The mail business might be slowing down in the real world but it's booming in Animal Crossing! Pete's your local mail carrier, and you might run into him between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while he's out on his route. Pete doesn't have any special gifts to give, but he's always glad to speak with someone who won't yell at him for messing up an delivery. There's also rumors going around about him. I personally think that Pete and Pelly would make a good couple. And that's what the rumors are about.....Look at the pics over on the side of this post.

Pelly and Phyllis

Drop by the town hall during the day to speak with Pelly(right). She's sweet, loving, caring, and will always be as nice to you as she possibly can. She runs the civic center and the post office (depending on which counter you step up to). The town hall is open all hours so Pelly can't do it all. That's where Phyllis (left) comes in to take over the night shift. She's a bit of a...How should I put this....She's a bit of a...Bitter person. Well who could blame her? I wouldn't want the night shift either but sh could at least make the best of it....

Kapp'n

Kapp'n is a little different, as he doesn't live in the town or the city. He drives the bus between the two places, though. A chatty fellow hwo's seen it all, Kapp'n is always ready his stowaways a few words o' wisdom. Oh and he like cucumbers!!!

Booker and Copper

Booker and Copper are two studly watchdogs who stand guard over the town gate. Copper's the confident one who'll help you obtain a friend code to invite your pals into your town (or help you head out to visit theirs). Booker's a bit of a nervvous Nelly, but he's also a great source of information- he'll tell you if any special visitors have come to town recently and let you swipe goodies from the lost and found. These two dogs are very nice animals to have in your town but they're only two of many great characters that you will face in the great game of Animal Crossing: City Folk!!!

Blathers, Celeste, and Brewster

Swing by your towns museum to meet this unique trio. Blathers (third) is a talkative owl who runs and maintains the art, fossil, bug, and fish exibit in the main part of the museum when you walk into the building. If you want to donate one of those things to the museum, he's your owl. You can see the things you and other "humans" in your town have donated if you walk into a room with a red rug in front of it. The symbol on the rug indicates what's going to be on display in that room. For example. The butterfly stands for the bug exibit, the fish stands for the fish exibit, the dinosuar head fossil stands for the fossil exibit and the Mona Lisa picture stands for the art exibit. Blathers isn't the only person in the museum. Another person is Celeste (middle). She's Blathers' little sister. She runs the observatory. There you can make constallations that you can see in the night sky. Then if you go downstairs there's a little cafe called The Roost. Brewster (first) owns it. If you visit him a lot and talk to him on the side (not ordering something that is!) you'll get to know him better and then you can become his friend. The word musuem sounds kind of boring but when it's on Animal Crossing it couldn't be funner!!!

The Able Sisters

These two cuties run a quaint fabric shop in town. Drop by Sable and Mable's shop whenever you feel like updating your wardrobe. They'll even help you design patterns, which you may place on shirts, hats, umbrellas and even the walls and floor of your home! Oh and one more thing! Mable's the one who's always working behind the sewing machine. If you say "hello" to her everyday she will begin to get closer to you and one day end up telling you what happened when she was little. When Mable was about 10 Sable and Mable's parents died and Mable had to care for Sable all by herself. The two sisters have been very close over the years and will try to do their best to give the best service and keep their shop running!
